Coach has lived in Texas since new and has never seen ice or salt on the road.

There is no smells of any kind and coach has never seen smoke or pets.

The interior is powered by a 12.5Kw Onan quite diesel generator with only 329 hours on it.

Coach is cooled by 3 low profile 15 BTU Ac's with heat pumps.

Coach also has a Aqua hot heating system which provides constant and unlimited hot water and serves as a 55000 BTU furnace.
